Notebook/Desktop computers returned for reasons other than natural equipment failure must be returned within seven (7) days. All other items returned for reasons other than natural equipment failure must be returned within thirty (30) days. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt; in good working condition; free of scratches/cosmetic damage; and with all original packaging materials. These items are considered used, cannot be resold as new and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exceptions listed below:
